Dr.Ir.GNWididana is an alumnus of the university of Ryukyus, Okinawa, Japan and a student of Prof.Teruo Higa and received his Master of Agriculture. in 1990. Then in the early 1990's, Dr. Ir. G.N. Wididana, M. Agr. established an Indonesian Foundation Kyusei Nature Farming Societies in line with the developments of the rapidly growing use of EM technology, inevitably it was felt necessary to set up a central institute of education, training and development of EM technology. The IPSA Foundation was established as the result of the collaboration among IKNFS, EMRO (Effective Microorganism Research Organization) and the Yayasan Bumi Lestari ( Sustainable Earth Foundation) in 1997. IPSA serves as a training ground where the research and development of EM technology could be conducted in various fields.

For the development of EM health technology, he has conducted research in the field of health and treatment in order to develop traditional medicine. In 1998 EM technology development in the field of traditional medicine began to focus on the establishment of Traditional Medicine for Small Industries (IKOT) Bokashi . From IKOT , there have already been around 19 products produced. Considering the development of EM Technology Mr GN Wididana sorted them into each division by staying under one umbrella / holding company named PT. Karya Pak Oles Tokcer.

Bokashi Rub Oil potion, this very well known findings of G.N. Wididana is a very efficacious to cure various kinds of diseases, thus it is commonly called Pak Oles. And this concoction is widely known as Ramuan Pak Oles (Mr. Oles Potion) Pak Oles is motivated to uplift the image of Bali as an island resort.

Genetically Pak Oles is said to have traditional doctor‘s traits. His grandmother Dadong Bandung, who passed away in 1980, was actually an expert in treatment with herbs and spices, and had oil ointment potion which was then very well known by the local people under the name "Lengis Arak Nyuh" ( fermented coconut oil). Fermentation technique is then developed by Pak Oles with Technology Effective Microorganisms (EM), obtained from his grand teacher ,Prof.Dr. Teruo Higa at the University of Ryukyus, Okinawa, Japan. Thanks to EM technology, it can accelerate fermentation, the process of making fermented Bokashi Rub Oil into one week, and Its efficacy can be more diverse because it is a combination of fermented spices and medicinal plants was developed by Pak Oles, this product is commonly known as the "Minyak Oles Bokashi".

In 1990s equipped with Bokashi Rub Oil, Pak Oles began making his first attempt to introduce them to the public. As a first step for marketing was taken in Jakarta city, rapidly it spreads to all over the corners of the capital city. No region was ever overlooked places, in the village, crowds, trains, however the community response was not quite satisfactory. Despite discovering these conditions, Pak Oles did not give up, and began to rack his brain, in his mental image , this product should be a brand image among all the fanatic Bokashi Rub oil user community and in turn it can support the emergence of "alternative medicine being sought after by people because of its efficacy Pak Oles decided to develop this potion on the island of Bali a place where his ancestors’ herbal potion used to be so famous in the entire Bali community.

Thousands of samples in small bottles distributed to villagers in Bali , mostly small farmers. Because their work directly is associated with soil, mud, stable dirt and dirty water, many farmers suffer from various skin diseases caused by bacteria, fungi, viruses, lice, or a combination of various causes. From the samples shared, the farmers feel this product is really efficacious for treating skin diseases or wounds. There have been so many people who recovered from the disease, abdominal pain, arthritis, whiplash and even to enhance sexual vitality. Now that knowing the community response is overwhelmingly positive towards EM Technology, Pak Oles founded the Institute of Natural Resources Development (IPSA) in the Bengkel village , BUSUNGBIU sub district, Buleleng Regency Bali Province, whose activities are research and development in biology, art and culture, and training as well as educating farmers about environmentally friendly farming with EM Technology
